Where is the event held?
The Birthday party will be held at Houston Northwest Church, located at 19911 State Hwy 249, Houston, TX 77070. Park in front of the church and enter through the large glass doors by the fountain.
Is a donation required to attend?
No! Everyone is invited to come join us and celebrate!
What’s the difference between a Birthday in a Box and a Birthday in a Bag?
A Birthday in a Box will go to a patient that is admitted to the hospital and spending the night(s) in the hospital. A box provides items for a patient to decorate and celebrate in their hospital room. A Birthday in a Bag will go to a patient that has a doctor’s appointment on their birthday. A bag includes items for the patient to wear while they are at their appointment so everyone can celebrate with them. A $30 donation will build one Birthday Box or two Birthday Bags.
What form of payments will you accept at the event?
We will accept cash, check, all credit cards, Zelle or Venmo.
Can I bring a toy?
We would love for you to bring a toy for children ages 1-18, just like you would if you were coming to a birthday party. Please bring all items unwrapped and in new condition. Need inspiration? Check out our Amazon List for infants - elementary age here and check out our teen wishlist here. You can purchase an item off the the list, have it shipped to us and we will bring it to the event.
Can I help volunteer at the event?
Yes! We need tons of volunteers to make this event happen. Email Brittany@HaleyRascoFoundation.org to sign up to volunteer.
